Rancho Vista
Rancho Vista community in Cañas Dulces offered 47 gorgeous parcels that range in size for 1 to 2 acres, fully developed with roads, water and electricity for retirement, investment, or just a great second home. After six months of research we chose the Cañas Dulces area as “the perfect place to own land in Costa Rica."
Why? Because the Cañas Dulces area in general and the Rancho Vista area in particular is approximately 2,000 feet above sea level which makes it 5 to 6 degrees cooler and less insects than at sea level. The little village of Cañas Dulces has a population of Costa Ricans (Ticos) that welcomes new comers. Rancho Vista sits at the base of a small mountain that seems to have a magic sense about it. When you enter that area you have a sense of peace and quiet. A sense that, this is where you are supposed to be.
